Inspiration vs. Motivation

I'm feeling very inspired this week. I'm looking into making some moves in my career and realized how good it feels to be inspired. Abraham's daily quote recently stated:

Inspiration comes forth from within. It's what the light burning within you is about, as opposed to motivation, which is doing it because if you don't do it, there will be negative repercussions. Motivation is making myself do something that I don't really want to do. Inspiration is having the clear picture of what I am wanting — and letting Universal forces come into play to get the outcome.

When researching the thing that inspires me, I realized I need no motivation to do so. It's almost as if it flows effortlessly to learn about the things I love the most. It's a lot like Your Beautiful Story: it's effortless every time Stacey and I have a meeting and we're inspired by all that we do.

I love the clarity that Abraham brings to something all of us FEEL inside of us, but may have a hard time expressing. I am looking forward to continually being inspired and looking for those things throughout my day to keep me on the right track. I think it's important to notice the difference between motivation, which may be something you don't really want to do, and inspiration that comes from being your authentic self.
